Ripe, aromatic pear with a touch of fresh peach, fresh and zingy in the mouth starting off with gummy mineral tones then getting fuller and peachier, quite concentrated fruit flavour, but balanced crisp acidity. Classically served with fish or salad. Enjoy chilled on its own as a refreshing alternative to oaked New World Chardonnay. (Chardonnay) 2006
