U.K Delivery costs are £7.95 for 1 case, £3.00 for every extra case.

Free delivery within the Torbay area.

From the point of placing your order Red Field Wine Merchants Ltd will endeavour to deliver within 10 working days and sometimes sooner. We use the independent carrier Amtrak to deliver wines on our behalf, they deliver Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. For local deliveries we aim to deliver the same day or next day subject to availability. It is recommended that you request delivery to be made to an address where there is always someone present i.e. work, friends, family etc. as a signature is required for the order upon delivery. If no-one is home when your order is delivered a card will be posted through your door notifying you of the attempted delivery and the courier will attempt to re-deliver the following day. Should the second attempt be unsuccessful the courier will post a second card notifying you that the parcel will be retained at the couriers closest depot for collection for 2 days. Failure to collect the parcel in 2 days will result in the order being returned to Red Field Wine Merchants Ltd. It will then be your responsibility to collect your order direct from Red Field Wine Merchants Ltd at your own expense.

Deliveries can be made across the UK mainland. For Highlands and Islands, please telephone for confirmation.

We try to ensure the prices shown are accurate but we will evaluate and validate the price of your order before we process for delivery. If we find any order to be incorrect before delivery we will contact you first to ensure that you are happy to proceed.

If you are not satisfied with any bottle upon delivery for whatever reason or if any bottle arrives spoiled or damaged please call our customer care line or email service@redfieldwines.co.uk.

Damaged or spoiled wines will be replaced with the same or similar. You must notify us immediately of any wines received that have spoiled and we will arrange collection of that wine and will replace with the same or similar. We will not replace any spoiled wines that have been completely consumed.

Red Field Wine Merchants Ltd stock is subject to availability. In the unfortunate event that a requested wine is out of stock we reserve the right to replace the out of stock item with a similar bottle of equal or greater value at no extra cost.

You must notify us of any complaint immediately and any bottles returned must be done so at your own cost unless they have arrived damaged or spoiled.

Should you choose to cancel your order you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date of your order. Your order must be returned to us at your cost and we will refund the full value of the initial order within 30 days provided the bottles remain intact and unopened.

Please note that we do take all complaints seriously and we try to ensure all issues are dealt with in as timely a manner as possible.

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

On delivery if our courier is in any doubt of the age of the recipient they will request to see some form of identification. If they are still in any doubt they will refuse to leave the wine.

Attempts to purchase wine under age will be taken very seriously and action will be taken.

If you are intending to buy any wines as a gift you must ensure that the recipient of the wine is at least 18 years of age. Again if our courier suspects the recipient of the wines to be under the age of 18 the delivery will be refused.

In the event that delivery is refused no refunds will be made unless you can provide adequate identification within the following 7 days.

When you make a purchase from the Red Field Wine Merchants Ltd we will collect personal information about you to enable us to process your order and make delivery. By registering your details with Red Field Wine Merchants Ltd you consent to us recording and holding personal data about you.

This information will be retained to enable us to inform you of any offers we may have running which we feel would be of interest to you.

Red field Wine Merchants Ltd will not knowingly share this information with any other organisation and will not allow other organisations to use this information for any form of advertising or approach of any kind.

If you do not wish to receive further information from Red Field Wine Merchants Ltd about any future promotions or special offers then please contact our head office Customer Care department during normal working hours.

Red Field Wine Merchants Ltd is fully committed to protecting the data of all its customers and will not knowingly share any information with any outside organisation.

All your information including your credit card details are sent and received using the latest secure e-commerce software.
